Deposits
Credits added to your wallet are generally non-refundable once successfully processed, except in the case of a verified duplicate or erroneous transaction.
Bets
Bets placed in a round are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the betting window has closed.
Failed Transactions
If your account is debited but credits are not added due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded to your wallet after verification.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed manually within the timeframe shown at the time of request. Approved amounts are paid to the verified details you provide; rejected requests are returned to your wallet.
