1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ApexWin 11 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in Satka Matka gaming in your jurisdiction. The Platform is invite-only; accounts are created through authorised agents.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify support immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Wallet, Deposits & Withdrawals
Credits added to your wallet are used to place bets. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, minimum and daily limits, processing times, and any applicable fees set by the Platform.
5. Game Rules
Each round, players predict numbers from 0 to 9. When the betting window closes, a single winning number is declared for the round. Declared results are final and binding.
6. Fair Play & Conduct
Fraud, collusion, use of automated tools, or abuse of bonuses may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
